  • Fruits: All fresh fruits like banana, papaya, orange, apple, melon, watermelon, and brown, and avoid fruits like durian and jackfruit cooked.
  • Drinks: Either drink dilute tea, chocolate, and syrup. Avoid drinks like tea or coffee viscous, and soft drinks as well as alcoholic.
